Are you thinking of publishing with us and wondering what we advise on how to get listed in our library? There are a number of things to keep in mind when publishing with Free-eBooks.net.

The first thing to consider are the editorial guidelines outlined in detail here at http://www.free-ebooks.net/editorial.html. To briefly summarise:

You must be the legal copyright owner of the work and all material contained in it and be prepared to offer up proof of same to us should we require it.
If you have a non-fiction work that is less than 60 pages, and it has really good content and isn’t stuffed with affiliate links, you are a shoe-in. (Note: This rule may be waived for certain non-fiction works, such as religious essays, or medical treatises.)
Absolutely no articles, presentations, reports, press releases, sales letters, or brochures.
No pornography, obscene, or defamatory content.
Must be grammatically sound.
No overly promotional content; i.e. affiliate links, advertisements, etc. **
No excerpts, previews, or incomplete works. **

** Regarding points 6 and 7, we do have specialised sections for excerpts and for marketing-related eBooks, but there [ more ]

Great news for our writers who share with us on Free-eBooks.net.

If you’ve ever looked at the details page for eBooks on our website, you might have noticed that there are ad slots located in strategic and unobtrusive spots on the page. Well, now we’ve dedicated those ad slots to the authors whose books are displayed on those pages.

The ads are purely contextual and are chosen and displayed based on the content of the page you are on. All it takes is a click, nothing else, and Google donates a small commission to the author.

So the next time you see an advertisement on an eBook details page and had the thought that it seemed as if we were reading your mind, remember that a click will help support your favorite author too.
